Too much for being healthy.

Like any girl on the streets, I'm very obsessed with my weight.
Mom said I'm too over worry about my figure and weight.
I was like hello mom ? I'm once obese! That explains why I care so much about diet now!
Diet is one of my best friends.
I'm a freaking carnivore that I can't live without meats.
Vegetables ain't my favourite but I'm making them as my best friend now.
But most of the veges makes me go 'EWWWWWW'.
Friends and family tend to tell me that I'm way too skinny and should eat more.
For me, they are just finding a way to trick me eat more. :(
Nono! They are concern about my health because I'm underweight now.
My lightest weight is 40kg which I'm shocked with.
I doesn't know why I dropped 6kg for like 7 months without any diet plan.
The things that I did during that period are sleep, eat and play.
And I'm now 42kg. :)
I don't eat much for my dinner but I eat a lot for my brunch.


Taking 2 slices of bread , a small packet of biscuits and a cup of milo is definitely a wrong choice!
I started to feel hungry 2 hours later and started to find foods! ._.
Porridge with 'yah chiak guai' is pretty fulling. :)
I'm in love with pumpkin porridge now!

This is the amount of rice I take for dinner. ._.
It's a lot right! I'm trying to cut it down already but but, I'm scared that I'll be ended up eating supper.
Supper is a big nono for me! I only take supper once in a blue moon.
Days at Ipoh are very fattening because daddy always bring me to eat nice foods!
And cousins always bring me out for yum cha and eat supper!
All these ways of diet-ing doesn't bring fast effect on me. :(
Tell me ways to lose arms , tummy and thighs fats please!
Don't tell me to eat pills! I won't hurt my kidney just for beauty. tyvm
